Courier Guy Shipping – How does this WORK?

All orders placed on the Lingzhiglobal.com website before 13H00 between Monday – Friday, (Excluding public holidays and weekends) will be dropped off at the Courier Guy depot in Parys, Free State, South Africa and delivered to your residence or place of work in South Africa.

Delivery Times – When do I get my ORDER?

Normally, delivery can take anything from 3 to 5 working days as we are based in an outlying area. This does not include public holidays and weekends. Keep in mind that certain extreme outlying areas are only serviced by our Courier Guy on specific days of the week. We deliver during normal working hours.

How much does it COST?

All orders over R1 500.00 are FREE.
Orders under R1 500.00 are R120.00 for each package, regardless of where in South Africa you live.
We do not ship outside of RSA, without prior arrangement.

How do I TRACK my order?

Tracking details are sent via dispatch email & sms from Courier Guy. The tracking link will tell you when you are due to receive your order.

Pudo delivery could take longer than Courier Guy. delivery can take anything from 3 to 7 working days as we are based in an outlying area. This does not include public holidays and weekends. Keep in mind that certain extreme outlying areas are only serviced by Pudo on specific days of the week. We deliver during normal working hours.

How much does it cost to send a package?

With Pudo orders over R 1 500.00 are not FREE, as your package will be larger than the sizes listed below. No GLASS items are allowed with our Pudo orders. We do not ship outside of RSA. Extra-Small (XS) 60 cm x 17 cm x 8 cm R60 Small (S) 60 cm x 41 cm x 8 cm R70 NB: If your package is larger you will need to use the Courier Guy.

How do I TRACK my order?

When Lingzhi Global drops off your package at the Pudo locker, Lingzhi will receive a text message and an e-mail with a unique PIN code. Lingzhi will send you a PIN code via WhattsApp.
